We got various comments on the tender pot roast, and tasty BBQ chicken! Definately give 5 stars! Service was great, and meal was served in a very efficient manor. Mervin and Betsy were perfect from the start. From their communication to letting us feast to try their food! They were more then accommodating and everyone loved the buffet food!

Merv has a wonderful catering service and invited my fiance' and myself to his home for a tasting for our upcoming wedding. I highly recommend his pulled pork, pulled chicken, mashed potatoes, baked beans, peanut butter spread, and buttered noodles. Merv is a wonderful person to work with, very kind in general, and he is excellent with communication.

Dutch Country Catering caterer our wedding of 150 people and they did an excellent job. The food was delicious and the staff were easy to work with and very polite and professional. We got the brisket and pulled pork and it was delicious along with everything else. I would highly recommend!
